Job Summary
Join a small, dynamic team focused on renewable energy, specifically the operation and repowering of wind turbines. This hands-on role involves performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components of wind power systems. The technician will be responsible for implementing technical improvements and meticulously documenting all completed work. Ideal candidates possess a background as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or mechanic, and must be physically fit and comfortable working at heights. While prior experience with wind turbines is beneficial, comprehensive training is provided, including GWO and G41 certifications if needed. The position requires strong teamwork, independent work ethic, fluency in German, basic English skills, and willingness to travel within Germany for multi-day assignments.

Education
Completed vocational training (e.g., Electrician, Mechatronics Technician)
Experience
- Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Energy Electronics Technician, Mechanic, or Mechatronics Technician
- Professional experience in a comparable technical field or as a career changer with relevant technical knowledge
- Experience with wind turbines is advantageous but not required

- Driver's License Class B; Willingness to travel within Germany (potentially multi-day trips); Physical fitness and absence of fear of heights; GWO training and G41 medical examination (can be obtained through further training)
