This critical role involves leading projects within the Road and Bridge Construction product area for the City Administration of Bad Homburg. Key responsibilities include the independent management of new construction and maintenance measures for traffic light systems in public spaces, acting as the client representative for road equipment construction measures, and negotiating with engineering firms and authorities. A significant focus is on driving digitalization projects, particularly the development of technical systems in traffic infrastructure, and collaborating on Smart City initiatives. Candidates must hold a degree in Civil or Traffic Engineering (Bachelor/Dipl.-Ing. FH level) or equivalent experience, possess required expertise in relevant construction regulations (VOB/VOL, HOAI, RILSA), and demonstrate fluent German (C1 level) for effective communication and negotiation.
