Job Summary

This is a key leadership role for an experienced sales professional to head the electrical engineering sales division in the Hesse region (Frankfurt and Kassel offices). The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading a team of estimators, field sales representatives, and assistants, ensuring order intake targets are met through strategic customer acquisition and meticulous management of existing client relationships within the industrial sector. A core function involves market and competitor analysis, developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, and providing expert technical consultation on industrial power supply, including high, medium, and low voltage systems. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in electrical engineering, proven sales success, and the ability to build strong industry networks while collaborating closely with executive management and sister companies to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or a degree with a focus on Electrical Engineering is desirable

Experience

  • Professional experience in sales and the ability to engage customers with tailored solutions
  • Experience in leading and developing a team (including estimators and sales representatives)
  • Fundamental knowledge in power supply and high, medium, and low voltage systems OR willingness to quickly acquire technical knowledge
  • Experience in building and leveraging a strong network in the electrical engineering sector
