Job Summary

Join NConsult GmbH as an IT Specialist for System Integration, where you will be the frontline support expert (1st/2nd Level) for clients, handling hardware and software inquiries and resolving technical disruptions. This role involves deep dives into problem analysis, documentation via ticketing systems, and acting as an IT Guru responsible for installing, configuring, and administering Microsoft server and client environments. You will also serve as an Infrastructure Architect, continuously optimizing and developing IT landscapes, managing network structures, and supporting critical projects like system migrations, monitoring, data backups, and restoration. The ideal candidate holds a degree or equivalent qualification in System Integration, possesses strong expertise in Windows OS (Server/Client), Office 365, and virtualization tools like VMware or Hyper-V, and demonstrates very good communication skills in German.
