Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Manager in Electrical Engineering to oversee and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring their technical and commercial success. You will lead and support site managers, manage large-scale construction endeavors, and be responsible for project economics, including costs and timelines, in line with calculations and contracts. Key responsibilities include preparing bids and additional claims, managing material and personnel allocation, and negotiating with suppliers and clients. The position requires strong knowledge of construction contracts (VOB) and the ability to enforce claims and additional services, ensuring smooth project execution and financial health. You will also be responsible for workplace and construction site safety, regular project documentation, and maintaining clear communication with management.
