This role is the initial point of contact for all IT inquiries, focusing on providing rapid, solution-oriented assistance to both customers and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering calls, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, creating and documenting support tickets, and escalating complex matters to the 2nd Level Support team. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification or equivalent experience, initial experience in IT support or customer care, and good knowledge of Windows systems and basic network technologies.
