Job Summary

Join a rapidly expanding, future-oriented company dedicated to sustainable maritime solutions as a Service Coordinator for Battery Systems. This role is crucial for managing the operational service lifecycle of innovative CUBE Battery Systems. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the coordination, detailed planning, and preparation of all service and maintenance assignments. You will be the central point of contact for customers, efficiently handling service claims, warranty cases, and error reports, ensuring rapid, customer-oriented resolution and thorough documentation. A significant part of the job includes providing technical remote support, which requires analyzing and evaluating log data and collaboratively troubleshooting technical faults with the customer. To succeed, you must possess a completed technical education or degree (such as Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics), combined with professional experience in technical service, ideally within the maritime or energy technology sector. Excellent German and English skills are mandatory, along with strong IT proficiency and a highly structured, customer-focused approach.
