Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional ready to manage and enhance the core IT infrastructure for a major retail group operating 15 locations across the greater Munich area. As an IT Specialist for System Integration, you will be responsible for the planning, operation, and ongoing development of the company-wide IT environment. Key daily tasks include administering server landscapes, networks, and firewall systems, managing Thin-Client and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, and providing 2nd and 3rd-level support, including troubleshooting and on-site technical assistance at various locations. The position requires a completed apprenticeship in System Integration or equivalent practical experience, strong analytical skills for sustainable problem resolution, and excellent German language skills.
