Job Summary

This role involves working as a Research Associate within the externally funded project "Textile Factory 7.0 in the field of Green Textile Finishing," focusing heavily on sustainable and low-energy processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative methods utilizing microbial agents and products, optimizing enzymes, and creating enzyme-based recycling systems. Key duties also include developing water-free and low-energy textile finishing processes and supporting knowledge and technology transfer to companies. Candidates must hold a completed scientific university degree (Master's or equivalent) in fields such as Biology, Chemistry, or Textile Technology, possess expertise in microbial agents and enzyme optimization, and demonstrate strong proficiency in both German and English (C1 level minimum).
