The Onsite IT Support Specialist will serve as the primary, on-site point of contact for employees and customers, addressing all technical IT challenges related to hardware and software. Day-to-day responsibilities involve direct user support, troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment. The role requires strong analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve faults at the workplace, ensuring smooth IT operations. This professional will collaborate closely with 2nd Level Support and other IT teams, contribute to documentation, and assist with exciting IT projects and system rollouts.
