Job Summary

The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth technical operations within the Infrastructure and Project Management department, focusing on maintenance and technical services. Key day-to-day tasks include coordinating external contractors, service providers, and tradespeople, as well as planning and executing minor construction and renovation projects. A crucial element of the role involves actively managing and monitoring project budgets and conducting regular cost controls. The coordinator will also support technical setups for events and strategically build and lead a central pool of in-house technicians and caretakers. Candidates must possess a completed technical trade qualification (ideally in HVAC or Electrical Engineering) or an equivalent qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience in a technical environment. Strong organizational skills, technical expertise, excellent communication abilities, and fluent German proficiency are essential for success in this versatile and responsible position.

Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial-technical training in HVAC or Electrical Engineering, ideally with further training as a Master Craftsman or Technician; alternatively, a comparable qualification (e.g., degree, Specialist in Facility Management or Real Estate Management)
