Job Summary

This role is designed for an experienced and responsible Electrical Technician looking to take on a central leadership position in Norderstedt, Hamburg. You will actively steer and manage medium to large electrical engineering projects, ranging from classic installations to complex Smart Home, network technology, and E-Mobility solutions for private and commercial clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coordinating project teams and apprentices, managing resource allocation, providing expert customer consultation, developing technical solutions, and overseeing material procurement and comprehensive project documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a completed Electrical Technician qualification and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, ideally in site management.
