Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing a team focused on validation, qualification, and calibration within the highly regulated GMP environment of the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. The Team Lead will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the existing team, ensuring close collaboration with upper management regarding project planning and coordination. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing qualification and validation activities, creating and reviewing comprehensive validation documentation, and maintaining continuous communication with Quality Assurance, Sales, and external partners. Candidates should possess a degree in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or a Technician qualification with significant professional experience. Strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and fluency in German alongside good to very good English skills are essential for success in this international setting.
