Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary contact for operational 2nd-Level IT support within a successful IT service company specializing in Managed Services. The technician will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of client and server systems, as well as applications, both at customer locations and within the data center. Key daily tasks include the independent maintenance of IT systems, planning and executing new installations, and meticulous documentation of all completed work. Candidates must possess a background in IT system integration or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in user support or 2nd-Level IT projects. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, Client Networking, WLAN, Office 365, and Windows 10 is essential. This is a full-time, permanent contract opportunity based in Erding, offering attractive conditions, flat hierarchies, and challenging projects.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Management Assistant, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician, Industrial System Technician, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in user support or 2nd Level IT projects
  • Professional experience in the IT sector
