Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Technician to join STRABAG AG, a market leader in road construction and civil engineering in Germany. The position offers a secure, permanent contract and significant scope for professional development, including potential advancement to a Cost Estimator role. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently surveying, graphically and computationally representing construction services, and coordinating quantities with client representatives. You will monitor construction execution, perform site surveys, draft simple structural designs, and prepare associated plans and specifications. Key qualifications include a completed civil engineering technical education (HTL, FH equivalent) or comparable training, preferably specializing in civil engineering, along with proficiency in MS Office and billing/costing software, ideally RIB iTWO. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing construction logs, reviewing subcontractor invoices, and billing completed construction services, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and strong communication within the project team.
