Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Production Operator supporting manufacturing processes in chemical and pharmaceutical technology at Aspen Bad Oldesloe GmbH. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the loading, setup, and monitoring of packaging lines, aggregating and packaging medicines, and performing crucial In-Process and general quality controls. A key component of the role is maintaining associated documentation and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical standards. This position is highly attractive as it offers an immediate, permanent contract, excellent compensation ranging from €16.29 to €24.27 per hour, and is welcoming to career changers (Quereinsteiger) as no prior experience is strictly necessary. Candidates must be willing to work a rotating three-shift system (early, late, and night shifts) and possess proficiency in both written and spoken German.
