Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd-level IT support to employees, handling inquiries via phone, email, ticketing systems, and in-person. Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining technical equipment, managing user accounts and access rights using Active Directory and Exchange, and assisting with software distribution and maintenance. The specialist will also administer Mac client systems, troubleshoot network and server issues, and support VPN, WLAN, VoIP, and peripheral devices. Required Skills
Education

- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Office, Active Directory, and basic network technologies
- Knowledge of ITIL 4 and mobile devices (iOS, Android), printers, and telephone systems
