Job Summary

This critical role involves leading the integration stream for a major HR-IT transformation program, specifically focusing on the seamless and stable technical integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC). The Integration Stream Lead will take overall responsibility for planning, managing, and implementing the integration stream within the EC project. Key tasks include analyzing, stabilizing, and continuously developing existing migration and integration solutions, and conceptualizing and realizing new replication programs for transferring core HR data from SF EC to SAP HCM. Candidates must possess deep expertise in data migrations, replications, and integrations, including SAP BTP, within complex system landscapes.
