Job Summary

This critical role involves coordinating the entire lifecycle of photovoltaic construction projects, focusing specifically on maintenance, repair, and commissioning activities. The Site Manager acts as the primary point of contact for all internal staff and external contractors, serving as the essential link between contract award and final project completion. Daily tasks include independently developing detailed construction plans, negotiating critical terms with regulatory bodies and authorities, and ensuring correct construction acceptance procedures are followed. A key responsibility is proactive troubleshooting, intervening immediately when disruptions occur, and developing robust alternative plans to maintain progress. Furthermore, the manager must strictly monitor and enforce adherence to both project deadlines and all necessary safety regulations throughout the execution phase.
