Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for employees regarding IT issues, performing error analysis, and troubleshooting technical disturbances. The specialist will manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals. Crucially, the role requires meticulous documentation of all support cases and technical changes within a ticketing system, ensuring smooth collaboration with the central IT team. Ideal candidates should hold a qualification such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or a relevant technical/commercial education supplemented by IT training, coupled with foundational knowledge of network technology and Windows client systems.
