Job Summary

This is a critical leadership opportunity for a Team Leader responsible for ensuring the operational integrity and mechanical maintenance of the Rostock Marienehe combined heat and power plant (HKW) facilities. The core mission involves maximizing the availability, reliability, safety, and quality of the plant systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing disturbances, overseeing external contractors while strictly adhering to defined budget constraints, and meticulously creating and archiving essential documentation required for technological plant maintenance. A crucial aspect of this role is the disciplinary and technical leadership, guidance, and continuous development of the Mechanical Maintenance team personnel. Candidates must possess a completed Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Power Plant Technology, or a closely related field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in maintaining complex industrial or power generation facilities. The role requires comprehensive technical expertise, strong decision-making ability, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
