Job Summary

This role, based in Landshut, involves executing critical road construction and rehabilitation projects for the municipal public works department. The Civil Engineer will primarily manage projects from planning through construction supervision (Bauleitung) and final accounting. Key responsibilities include creating detailed tender documentation, managing procurement processes, drafting and administering contracts (HOAI) with external engineering consultants, and coordinating project controls. The role also requires close collaboration with municipal utilities regarding street lighting projects and managing associated financial and subsidy applications. Candidates should possess a degree in Civil Engineering, strong knowledge of VOB and HOAI regulations (desirable), and proficiency with AVA software and MS Office.
