The Project Manager will take independent responsibility for the construction execution of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) across demanding projects. Key daily tasks involve overseeing the entire process, from accompanying the planning and tendering phases to ensuring the quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost-compliance of all on-site work. The role requires close collaboration with site management and the coordination of specialized engineers and planners involved in the project. Candidates must possess a completed engineering degree, ideally focused on Building Services Engineering, coupled with professional experience in planning and construction execution. Essential qualifications include deep knowledge of German construction contract procedures (VOB/B and VOB/C) and proficiency with standard tools like MS Office and AVA programs.
