Job Summary
This permanent, part-time position (25 hours per week) involves managing the public image and communications for the Samtgemeinde Isenbüttel, a local municipal association. The specialist will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, including drafting and publishing texts, press releases, articles, photos, and videos across various platforms. A core function is the active management of the organization's social media channels and handling inquiries from the press and citizens, requiring strong communication and service orientation. Furthermore, the role involves editing and publishing the community newsletter and strategically advancing the overall public relations efforts. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in administration or a relevant commercial/media field, coupled with multi-year experience in municipal administration. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Administrative Clerk (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) or the 1st Employee Training Course; alternatively, a completed three-year vocational training in a commercial or media-related field (e.g., Office Management, Marketing Communication).
