Job Summary

The Service GmbH, part of the Glinicke Automotive Group, is seeking a dedicated DMS/Cross System Administrator to join their team in Erfurt, Alsfeld, or Hünfeld. This role is crucial for maintaining and expanding the CROSS DMS system, including managing user accounts, master data, and specific system modules like DSR, SBO, and ELRE. Day-to-day tasks involve system integration, maintenance, and providing cross-functional support for adjacent services and interfaces, such as time recording systems. The administrator will also actively participate in digitalization and centralization projects focused on After-Sales processes and structures, and will be responsible for training colleagues on system usage. The ideal candidate possesses a commercial or technical background, strong IT affinity, and prior experience with CROSS DMS, offering a permanent position within a stable, growing automotive group known for its focus on quality and employee development.
