Job Summary

This role involves serving as the key interface between customers, production, and procurement within a leading European mechanical engineering company specializing in control units. The Technical Order Processor will be responsible for the end-to-end management of incoming orders, encompassing both technical and commercial clarification, independent order processing, and quote generation. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with customers on technical ambiguities, ordering necessary technical components in coordination with the purchasing department, and monitoring deadlines. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in electronics or electrical engineering (such as an Electrician or Industrial Electrician) and ideally have experience processing orders related to switchgear or machinery.
