Job Summary
This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional ready to take on the coordination and management of 1st-Level IT Support within an international automotive component manufacturing leader. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for steering and coordinating the helpdesk, including ticket acceptance, categorization, and resolution, escalating issues to 2nd/3rd-Level support or external providers as needed. Key tasks include analyzing and resolving software and hardware issues (on-site or remote), administering software distribution, creating deployment packages (preferably using InTunes and Baramundi), and managing client systems, including mobile devices (iOS/Android). The position requires a background in IT system integration, multi-year experience in an IT helpdesk environment, and strong knowledge of Windows Clients and Microsoft 365. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are mandatory for seamless coordination across teams and locations.

Vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
Experience
- Multi-year professional experience in an IT Helpdesk environment
- Experience with IT ticket systems and associated processes
- Experience in categorization and escalation of IT tickets to 2nd/3rd-Level support and external service providers
- Experience working with software distribution systems and creating software packages
