Job Summary

This role involves the crucial installation, configuration, and administration of server and client systems, along with associated network services (including Windows, Linux, and potentially VMware), working both independently and collaboratively. A core responsibility is providing comprehensive user support for software and hardware inquiries via various channels (in-person, phone, email, remote). The specialist will actively ensure the availability, performance, and user-friendliness of servers and applications, and contribute significantly to the expansion, design, and development of the company's IT infrastructure across multiple locations. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship or comparable training in IT System Administration, strong system administration knowledge, and excellent German language skills, coupled with a structured, solution-oriented, and analytical approach to work.
