Job Summary

The Saarbahn Netz GmbH, a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Saarbrücken GmbH, is seeking a Responsible Electrical Specialist to join their team focused on maintaining modern public transport infrastructure. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, documentation, and technical/commercial management of projects related to substations, energy technology systems, and overhead contact lines. Day-to-day tasks include documenting maintenance activities, evaluating inspection results, and deriving recommendations for action. After an initial onboarding period, you will assume the switching authorization and the formal function of 'Responsible Electrical Specialist' (VEFK) according to DIN VDE 1000-10. Candidates must have a Master Craftsman, Technician, or higher qualification in electrical engineering, coupled with at least three years of relevant professional experience, ideally in maintaining energy technology systems.
