This role is crucial for managing, maintaining, and advancing the company's entire IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and workstations, alongside providing essential first and second-level support to employees. A significant part of the job involves participating in exciting IT projects focused on digitalization, AI, and Cloud migration, ensuring robust IT security and data protection. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT specialist degree in System Integration or equivalent, possesses strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Proxmox), and ideally has experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure services.
