Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role seeks a highly organized and communicative Specialist in Business and Sales Controlling to support the Regional Center in Nuremberg. You will be instrumental in assisting regional management and various leaders with critical administrative and operational tasks, taking on a trusted and responsible position that shapes the center’s success. Key daily activities include deep data analysis to prepare comprehensive management dialogues, covering risk assessment, reporting, and strategic action planning, often collaborating with corporate headquarters. The role also requires strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate internal and external events, workshops, and public relations activities, including content creation and presentation preparation. The ideal candidate must possess a completed commercial qualification, excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), strong analytical capabilities, and ideally, professional experience in operational or sales controlling.
