Job Summary

This role involves supporting the assessment of substance impacts and managing the Scope 3 User of Sold Products (USP) reporting for AIRBUS Defence and Space. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and coordinating the substance impact assessment network across all program lines, which includes Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, and Materials & Processes. Key daily tasks include preparing inputs for substance replacement projects, managing the database of affected substances and processes, and coordinating priorities for substance analysis. A critical function is leading a multifunctional team to deliver the Scope 3 USP data for Airbus's non-financial reporting. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Materials Science and possesses professional experience in configuration and design engineering.
