Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive planning and elaboration of product-related electrical systems, ensuring compliance with current laws, regulations, and internal standards. The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for creating detailed electrical concepts, defining requirements through specification documents, and estimating the time and cost scope for electrical engineering aspects of projects. Key day-to-day tasks include generating schematics using E-CAD software, designing control cabinets and terminal boxes in 2D/3D, and managing master data and bills of materials within PDM and ERP systems. The position also requires planning and evaluating safety-critical components and control systems, preparing documentation for machine installation, and developing retrofit plans. Candidates must possess a technical degree in electrical engineering, multi-year professional experience in schematic creation, and strong knowledge of functional safety components. The ideal candidate is highly team-oriented, proactive, and possesses proficient German and basic English language skills.

Completed vocational training in an electrical engineering profession with further qualification as a Technician
