Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in cutting-edge Battery Storage Systems, working for a globally leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial equipment in Hanau. The successful candidate will independently manage project responsibility for the electronic aspects of modern battery storage solutions. Day-to-day tasks include actively contributing to sales specifications, performing hazard assessments, and calculating electrical cost blocks. A core function involves the independent planning and documentation of safety circuits, ensuring compliance with relevant mechanical engineering and process standards. Furthermore, the engineer will create detailed technical specifications for subsystems, power supplies, and external service providers, and provide technical leadership during system commissioning while generating necessary circuit diagrams and P&ID schematics. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a qualification as a State-Certified Technician, coupled with proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of relevant industry standards.
