Job Summary

This leadership role is central to driving digital transformation for a professional mobility provider across Europe. The Team Leader will oversee the Acquiring & Authorization IT team and the IT Toll Services team, ensuring seamless operations and effective collaboration. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary IT contact for business units, aligning IT strategy with overarching business goals, and collaborating closely with Product and Partnership Management in the Fuels and Toll sectors. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration) and at least five years of international experience, coupled with demonstrable leadership skills and proven expertise in both classical and agile project management frameworks. This position requires a professional who can manage service provider relationships and drive innovative solutions across cross-functional teams.
