Job Summary
Join a dynamic team within the Public Health Department focusing on application administration and digitalization initiatives. This role involves the comprehensive support and administration of specialized departmental procedures, including providing user support, conducting training, and creating essential documentation. A key responsibility is contributing to the implementation and operation of a Document Management System (DMS) for electronic file management (E-File). The ideal candidate possesses multi-year experience in public administration, strong basic IT knowledge, and a proactive, service-oriented approach. You will play a crucial part in process optimization and digitalization projects, offering on-site IT support and assisting department leadership, making this a varied and impactful position focused on modernizing public services.
Required Skills
Education
Successful completion of a qualification examination in the Administration and Finance professional track (2nd QE) with a focus on General Internal Administration, or training as an Administrative Specialist in Communal Administration, or successful completion of the Employee Course I, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Several years of experience in public administration
- Experience in participating in digitalization projects or willingness to undergo further training in this area
- Experience in administration and user support of specialized procedures in the public health service or public service is advantageous
