Job Summary

This role involves overseeing the realization of maintenance, refurbishment, and modernization projects for the organization's owned real estate portfolio in Hannover-Badenstedt. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning, coordinating, and supervising external service providers based on the maintenance strategy, ensuring strict adherence to quality, time, and budget controls. Key responsibilities also include comprehensive project documentation, managing the warranty period, and handling supplementary claims. This position requires a background as a certified technician or master craftsman (e.g., in Electrical Engineering), strong project management skills, and extensive experience in construction supervision and billing across renovation and new construction projects (DIN 276 cost groups 200-700).
