You will actively handle technical inquiries using a web-based tool, interacting with external clients, channel partners, and Siemens colleagues to understand requirements and provide solutions. Responsibilities include resolving less complex technical issues, collaborating with development and product management teams, replicating customer problems in lab environments, and occasionally performing short-term on-site support. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Technology

Experience

  • Initial knowledge of electrical engineering principles, energy systems, and protection schemes
  • Initial specialized experience with products and applications in digital protection technology, especially transformer, generator, busbar, and power protection
  • Experience in communication via standard protocols like IEC 61850 and Modbus (advantageous)
