Job Summary
This role is for an ITSM Software Consultant to join a dynamic IT partner with over 30 years of experience, focusing on implementing and optimizing IT Service Management solutions for diverse clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive requirements analysis, developing actionable solution concepts, and implementing the Tesseron system, covering everything from ticket structures and workflows to SLAs and reporting. The consultant will lead customer workshops, create training materials, and support key users. A significant part of the job involves process automation using Low-/No-Code logic and integrating interfaces (e.g., REST-API, SSO). Candidates should have a background in IT, business informatics, or relevant professional experience, coupled with initial practical experience in ITSM/ESM environments (Service Desk, ticketing systems, ITIL). The position requires strong German communication skills for client interaction and offers continuous professional development opportunities within a modern technological environment.
