Job Summary

This role requires a highly experienced Project Manager to take full commercial and technical responsibility for steering and organizing large-scale electrical engineering projects from sales handover through to structured completion. The successful candidate will lead, coordinate, and manage project teams, site managers, senior fitters, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include comprehensive project controlling, cost monitoring, managing procurement and material logistics, conducting price negotiations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant technical standards (DIN VDE, VOB, DGUV) and safety regulations. This position is ideal for a structured, solution-oriented professional who excels in team leadership and complex stakeholder communication (clients, authorities, internal departments) within the demanding field of building services and electrical systems.
