Job Summary

This role involves developing complex hardware for advanced battery systems, power electronics, data loggers, and control units primarily for marine and underwater systems. The Embedded Hardware Developer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of hardware components, from schematic creation and PCB layout using tools like Altium CAD, through to prototype construction, testing, and generating manufacturing documentation. A key part of the role is collaborating closely with System Engineering and Software teams to ensure high-quality, customer-oriented modules are developed and tested according to international quality standards. Candidates should be either recent graduates or experienced professionals with a background in embedded hardware development, possessing strong organizational skills, high-quality standards, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree, vocational training, or equivalent knowledge relevant to the tasks mentioned

Experience

  • Professional experience in hardware development in the embedded sector
  • Experience in the application of schematic and PCB design tools
  • Experience in the development of power electronics and/or switching regulators (Desirable)
  • Experience in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) (Desirable)
