Job Summary

This role is for a proactive and experienced IT Specialist responsible for the independent management and continuous development of the company's IT infrastructure. Key responsibilities include providing 1st and 2nd level IT support, performing comprehensive system administration, managing licensing, and ensuring IT security and data protection compliance. The specialist will actively research and implement new digital solutions, optimize hardware standards, and manage IT service providers. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification, strong knowledge of M365 Endpoint Manager (Intune, Autopilot), Azure AD, and Exchange Online, coupled with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
