This pivotal role as an AI Specialist / AI Strategy and Transformation Manager involves shaping the future of AI within a leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider, focusing on responsible, human-centric application. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and owning the company-wide AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational values and strict data protection requirements. You will analyze internal processes to identify high-potential AI use cases that enhance efficiency and quality without replacing human expertise. Furthermore, you will drive product innovation by integrating AI-powered solutions into the customer-facing portfolio, creating clear implementation roadmaps, and managing resource allocation and risks in collaboration with leadership and IT partners. Success requires a completed university degree in a relevant field like Computer Science or Business Informatics, or equivalent deep self-taught knowledge in AI. Crucially, candidates must bring several years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and organizational development, combined with fluent German language skills. This position offers significant creative freedom, responsibility, and the flexibility of working in a modern Munich office with options for home office and annual EU workation.
