Job Summary

This pivotal role as an AI Specialist / AI Strategy and Transformation Manager involves shaping the future of AI within a leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider, focusing on responsible, human-centric application. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and owning the company-wide AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational values and strict data protection requirements. You will analyze internal processes to identify high-potential AI use cases that enhance efficiency and quality without replacing human expertise. Furthermore, you will drive product innovation by integrating AI-powered solutions into the customer-facing portfolio, creating clear implementation roadmaps, and managing resource allocation and risks in collaboration with leadership and IT partners. Success requires a completed university degree in a relevant field like Computer Science or Business Informatics, or equivalent deep self-taught knowledge in AI. Crucially, candidates must bring several years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, and organizational development, combined with fluent German language skills.
