Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Associate Pentester to join Siemens' Cybersecurity and Applications Practice, focusing on Red Team activities within their Controlling and Finance Assurance (CF A) division. The successful candidate will conduct cybersecurity assessments across Siemens' diverse landscape, including products, services, IT systems, and software development centers. Key responsibilities involve performing ethical hacking, designing attack scenarios for cutting-edge technologies, and translating complex technical findings into actionable management insights. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields. Certifications such as GIAC GPEN, OSCP, OSWE, CRTP, eJPT, CREST are a plus.

Experience

  • At least 2+ years of professional full-time working experience in penetration testing within Siemens or a related industry
  • Proven record of continuous career development
  • First experience with application and software security, EDR and antivirus evasion, C2 setup, automation and scaling of security testing, or Active Directory attacks
  • Demonstrated first experience in capture the flag (CTFs) events, bug hunting, or vulnerability research (CVEs) is a plus
