Job Summary

This Trainee position offers a dynamic entry into the Controlling and Corporate Development division, focusing specifically on Risk Management within the agricultural trade sector. The successful candidate will act as a key business sparring partner, contributing directly to the long-term increase of corporate value within the AGRAVIS Group. Daily responsibilities include gaining comprehensive insight into various business areas, managing proprietary projects, and independently developing and maintaining position and risk reports. A core function involves evaluating and critically questioning risk parameters and calculations specific to the agricultural environment. Candidates should have a completed university degree in economics, business administration, or agricultural sciences, coupled with initial professional experience in controlling or risk management. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, offering the opportunity to drive the further development of the company's agricultural risk management system in a hybrid work setting (Isernhagen, Münster, or home office).
