Job Summary

This role is critical for ensuring a permanently available IT environment and professional IT services across the Wagner eCommerce Group. The IT Administrator acts as the primary contact for user and system queries, and is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing new IT solutions through project work. Day-to-day tasks involve the independent support, maintenance, procurement, documentation, and development of PC, server, network, and security systems. A core focus is the administration and development of the Windows Active Directory / Entra ID Hybrid environment, VMware Virtual Infrastructure, network and WLAN environments, and monitoring/administration of the server landscape (Windows & Linux). The ideal candidate must possess several years of professional experience in IT system administration and be proficient in managing a Microsoft Client and Server landscape, including virtualization and Microsoft Office 365, while demonstrating analytical problem-solving skills and strong teamwork.
