Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage the development of electrical and electromechanical components and assemblies for training and simulation systems, spanning from initial proposal creation through to final delivery and commissioning. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing technical requirements, creating specifications and technical documentation, and developing electrical assemblies and solutions for manufacturing and construction. The engineer will also be responsible for creating circuit diagrams, wiring plans, and bills of materials, while ensuring adherence to technical standards, deadlines, and cost targets. Collaboration with interdisciplinary internal and external partners is key. This position offers excellent development opportunities within the defense industry, specifically focusing on complex systems engineering and product maintenance, requiring strong technical knowledge in digital, analog, and high-frequency technology, along with fluency in German and good English skills.
