Job Summary
This role involves executing complex construction projects across Germany, focusing specifically on structural and bridge engineering. Depending on the candidate's qualifications, the position ranges from a skilled construction worker (specializing in concrete and reinforced concrete) to a Foreman or Site Manager (Polier). Key responsibilities for construction specialists include setting up and dismantling formwork according to plans, performing concrete work (layer-by-layer installation and compaction), and surface treatment. Foremen and Site Managers will focus on leading construction measures, coordinating teams and subcontractors, managing site reporting, and ensuring project-compliant preparation and execution. The ideal candidate possesses relevant professional training and experience in the construction industry, strong manual skills, flexibility, and a willingness to travel extensively within Germany.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung) in a relevant construction trade (e.g., concrete and reinforced concrete construction, high-rise construction specialist). Required further qualification as Foreman or Site Manager (Polier/Werkpolier).
Experience
- Professional experience in the construction industry is advantageous
- Experience in manufacturing modern large-area formwork systems in structural engineering (advantageous for specialist role)
- Required qualification/training as a Foreman (Vorarbeiter)
- Required qualification/training as a Site Manager (Polier or Werkpolier)
