Job Summary

This role involves working as an Onsite Support Service Technician at a central service point on a company campus in Munich. The primary responsibilities include managing the IT warehouse and inventory for the service point, preparing and distributing loaner laptops, providing telephone support for mobile rollout projects, and issuing small IT components like headphones or speakerphones for Skype for Business. The position also focuses on streamlining appointment scheduling processes. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of MS Office products, general understanding of PC and laptop hardware, and familiarity with mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads. Experience in asset management is a plus.
