Job Summary

This role as a Site Manager Telecommunications involves overseeing and directing the on-site installation of modern communication systems, including advanced VoIP and TK systems, primarily for corporate and public sector clients. Key responsibilities include organizing and scheduling assembly teams, ensuring all work is executed professionally and on schedule, conducting essential functional tests, commissioning, and final acceptance procedures. You will serve as the primary technical contact, coordinating closely with customers, especially those in the healthcare sector, and various involved trades, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of project progress and technical clarifications. The ideal candidate holds a completed technical qualification, such as an Information Electronics Technician or IT System Electronics Technician, and possesses relevant professional experience in telecommunications construction or project leadership. The position offers a permanent contract, a fully equipped company car for professional use (which can be taken home), 30 days of annual leave, and the benefit of working on regional projects with minimal travel, fostering a supportive and development-focused team environment.
